「你有無問題想問返我地?」面試時如何問Smart Questions?令面試官對你留下好印象?


大部分面試或者Coffee Chat去到最後都會有個Q&A Session,好多Interviewers都會問你,有無問題想問返佢地轉頭。好多同學係面試前都會做足準備,但唯一毫無頭緒嘅就係唔知問返面試官咩問題先叫好🤯 所以係今日篇文,#HKCareers 就想同你講下點樣問一個Smart Question,令你係面試嘅最後都可以留返個好印象俾面試官!增加收到 #offer 嘅機會!

🔺Interview問問題技巧:

1️⃣顯示到你對行業/公司/職位嘅認識:問題要有深度,或者最少表現出你係面試或Coffee Chat前有做好research,請不要詢問一啲係公司網站上非常容易搵到答案嘅問題,例如見Big 4時問佢地Client Base,有咩大客咁 ➡️ 呢啲應該係你事前要做好準備嘅野

2️⃣唔好問Interviewers私人野:問Interviewers一啲個人經驗或對行業嘅睇法都唔錯(下文會舉例),但記得萬勿問過於私人嘅問題,例如問面試官人工幾多、諗住將來事業點發展😰 咁太無禮貌

3️⃣問面試官真正關心嘅問題:面試或做Coffee Chat時,其實唔難發現Interviewers會對某啲內容比較重視,例如佢可能問你特別多Technical Knowledge,你就會知道佢真正在乎係Tech野,咁你問問題時亦應該問返相關內容,好似「你會希望新同事具備咩Programming知識?」等,就唔好問啲只有HR先知,如「幾時會有消息」之類嘅問題,因為佢9成9答唔到你,亦唔會覺得答你呢類問題有大意義😛當然啦,如果你係做緊HR In,反而可以問下有關Recruitment Process相關嘅問題,就唔好問啲非HR會答到嘅問題啦🤪

4️⃣俾面試官知道你真係好有熱誠係呢行發展:無論你問更多工作內容、Career Path或行業新聞,重點係要夠誠懇,令面試官知道你真係好想係呢行發展!想知有咩例子,繼續睇落去:

✅同Market Views/行業發展相關問題:正如HKCareers係之前篇文分享過,近期好多面試都特別喜歡問你Market Views相關嘅問題,而你其實都可以問返面試官(特別係In緊Panel In/Partner In時)佢地嘅Market Views:

➡️How is Covid-19 / Presidential Elections / trade war affecting our future business strategies/ client acquisition strategies?

➡️What is our division’s strategy to overcome the challenges or mitigate the risk brought by the latest global event(e.g. Covid-19)?

✅同Divisions/Teams相關問題: ➡️What's the latest client strategies/ product focus of the division at the moment?

➡️More in-depth questions about the division of labour of the team

✅同Technology相關問題:

大家都知而家各行各業都要有tech initivatives,所以問下面試官對tech嘅睇法亦唔錯:

➡️Questions related to the Fintech/ Proptech/InsuranTech initiatives of the divisions

➡️What kind of tech knowledge do you expect to find in a candidate?
